This is an informal group who meet throughout the year, to discuss various school issues. We put forward suggestions and have made positive changes to things like: school policies, transition to juniors, events calendar, homework, family learning and much more.
Newcomers are always greatly welcomed to come and join to share their voice.
Our Parent Voice group meet every second Tuesday throughout the year. They have had a busy but fun time organising items for the Christmas Fayre and managed to raise £150.60! Well done everyone!
Parents are currently working with children in school on the ‘Anti-Bullying Award’!
Coffee mornings are held every term and all parents/ carers/ grandparents are very welcome to come along.
School Council continue to monitor ‘Thurcroft Park’ and report any issues to the Parish Council via e-mail.
They are also in the process of working with Mrs Nota to raise funds for new playground equipment, They have written to Thurcroft Parish Council to ask for a grant and are waiting to hear if they have been successful…fingers crossed!
