Welcome to Thurcroft Infant School

We currently have 254 Children, 215 full time and 39 part time children on roll. This school year we have nine classes.

Latest school update – 4th January 2021

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement this evening, our school will move to remote learning immediately for all pupils. Schools will remain open for critical key workers and vulnerable children as required by the Department for Education. We will begin to allocate places to families with 2 critical key workers or in single parent families if this parent is a critical key worker.  If you used the school provision up to 1st June, please send your child to school tomorrow. If not, we will be in touch with you during the school day to discuss the situation. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding during these difficult times.

For Critical Key Worker list please see:  https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-maintaining-educational-provision/guidance-for-schools-colleges-and-local-authorities-on-maintaining-educational-provision

As always if you require any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact me either by phone or Class Dojo.

Today our children have thoroughly enjoyed dressing up in their spotty outfits.

Well done to Mrs Walters for making some fantastic Children in Need T Shirts and donating the profits to BBC Children in Need.
